Photo Session Protocol

We LOVE having photographers on our farm and we love sharing our home with the families that you bring here. Please remember that this is our home and our property, and we ask that you follow our rules as you visit the farm.

 


 

  • Please fill out the form at the bottom of the this page to book your shoot

    If you need to cancel that is fine but PLEASE let me know. If you are a no show with no heads up, you will NOT BE ALLOWED AT THE FARM AGAIN.

  • Fill out the photographers’ agreement below {or click HERE) to print it and bring it with you. You MUST check in when you get to the farm. Your agreement will be at the green ticket booth for you for other visits after the first one.

  • Photographers MUST check in BEFORE you begin sessions, unless other arrangements have been made.

    The green ticket booth will have your check in/check out information always go there first and last when you visit the farm!

    ANYONE WHO DOES NOT FOLLOW PROTOCOL WILL NOT BE ALLOWED BACK TO THE FARM

  • If you need to unload heavy furniture or props you may drive in the tree field drive ONLY to unload and load. Please move your vehicle to the parking area as quickly as possible before your sessions begin.

  • DO NOT allow your clients to park in the field or driveway. The parking area is close enough to the fields, no one should have to walk very far. The cedar field is easily accessible if you have clients with mobility issues.

  • Please be aware of the young trees that are growing around the larger trees and encourage your clients to pay attention especially if there are strollers and wagons.

  • Check out before you leave, you may leave cash in the green ticket booth. A plastic sleeve will be provided for payments and paperwork. If you have been hee before I will have your page available for each time you come out.

    Remember we do not do ½ hours if you are there for any part of an hour you will pay the full $25

If you know multiple dates go ahead and put them all on here.

I will have your page ready for you on any return visits back to the farm.
